Our Proprietor, Mr. Bhatia, is a dynamic, smart, and kind-hearted individual. He began his career as an Insurance Agent with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance in Sihora, Jabalpur (M.P.) and later advanced to the position of Sales Manager at SBI Life Insurance, dedicating 10 years to the profession.

Due to his father’s health issues, Mr. Bhatia shifted to his ancestral logistics business in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. During the Covid-19 pandemic, a friend of Mr. Bhatia asked him to assist in transporting his former boss—who was then a National Head at a leading Ayurvedic company—to meet various stockists in Chhattisgarh, as there were limited transport facilities available. Mr. Bhatia accepted the offer, seeing it as a golden opportunity to meet his ex-boss personally, with whom he had often discussed business strategies in his free time. He worked closely with him throughout the entire Covid period.

The National Head greatly appreciated Mr. Bhatia’s dedication, and they often discussed ways to rapidly grow the company’s business in a cost-effective manner. Impressed by Mr. Bhatia’s passion and work ethic, the National Head offered him a direct marketing role to promote their Chavanprash brand. Mr. Bhatia took on the task with enthusiasm and dedication, creating a significant public demand by sending thousands of snaps, videos, and reviews during his four-month contract. His efforts proved invaluable, and he quickly became a key asset to the company, leading to the successful promotion of the brand.

This experience laid the foundation for his involvement with Shivom Herbals, where he continues to apply his expertise and passion for growing the business.
